Dumpling omelette
  1. Fry dumplings in oil in an non-sticky pan.
  2. Let fry on medium-high heat 1-3 minutes until the bottom of dumplings skin turn a bit brown.
  3. Add water to 1/2 height of dumplings and put on a lid. Let steam-fry under lid 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and let all the water be vaporized.
  5. Add 1-2 whipped eggs (with salt and pepper) and let sett in pan to a dumpling omelette.

Done! Garnished with spring onion, sweet sesame seed & coriander as you like. Enjoy it with our delicious sauce!
