Dumpling with crisp

How to cook your dumplings? Our very cool ambassador @Withyen gives you some inspo!

1. Defrost dumplings and fry directly in frying pan with a little oil. Run on medium heat for a few minutes.⁠

2. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with 1 1/2 dl water. Pour it into a frying pan and put on a lid. Let fry 7-8 minutes⁠.

3. Remove the lid and let the liquid reduce until a “crisp” occurs. Be careful not to have too much heat, because then the dumplings can be burned before the “crisp” is complete.⁠

4. Put a plate over the dumplings and turn the frying pan and voilà! Dumplings with a perfect frying surface and a lot of crisp!⁠
